Wolfbay Tip of the Month - August 2004


When customers call in and front desk operators are talking to customers on the phone, operators can right click on any property on the list. This will provide basic information about the property. If guest appears interested in this property, the operator can click REFERENCE Number. That number will then appear in the upper right corner. Tell the guest that number. Then, when the guest calls back, operators can enter the dates in book-it, click the F on the right side for filters, click reference number in the filter list, enter the number, and the units originally discussed with the guest will be displayed on the screen.


Set-up Additional feature page 6 number 12, controls the reference number purge date. So, you can say, if we have not heard back from the guest after 30 or 60 days or some number the user selects, purge the reference number data so it does not clog up your system.
