The Wolfbay Reservation System will now allow you to post your unit availability on the internet. Users will note a new button on the reservation system users menu. By clicking this button, your unit availability will be uploaded to a special server on the internet.  The processing time is about 3 seconds. You can upload your data whenever you wish, as often as you wish. When you do this, your web site is automatically updated with your unit availability. To use this system, you must have an always on internet connection, like DSL or Cable.

We have been monitoring reservation requests received from the several sites that now use IRESLITE. We are seeing large numbers of reservations and requests being processed through this system. In several instances, we have seen customers internet reservations double. Additionally, we have learned that property owners have received this system very well and in many cases, Rental Companies have picked up additional owners as a result of their internet availability Calendars.

Owners can check their bookings on line.

Our special internet server is loaded with special programs that we have written to allow you to paste links on your existing web pages. You will NOT need to rewrite or move any of your existing web site. These links will display a unit availability calendar for the selected property, such as unit 101, or, if you name your properties, such as "Bear Crossing". You simply paste a button under your unit picture and you will begin booking internet reservations.

If you show each of your various units on a web page, all you will need to do is post the correct link anywhere on the web page for that unit. If you wish, you can use the below button.



When your guests click this button, they will then see a calendar that looks like the following;





Guests can then click the dates in the above calendars and a reservation request will then be emailed to your rental company. Additionally, an email will also be sent to the guest confirming their reservation request. Below is a sample of what you will receive in your email;

Below is a sample of the email that is automatically sent to the guest when the reservation is booked. You create the below letter and we place it in your file on our internet server.


Dear Guest:
 
Thank you for choosing Sunshine Rentals and Realty, LLC  for
your rental and vacation needs. We will contact you by phone
or email to confirm your reservation and to have you provide
other  details  regarding  your  stay.  You do  not  have  a
confirmed  reservation until we have  received  your  credit
card. We look forward to seeing you upon arrival.
 
Our normal business hours are  8:30  A.M. to 5 P.M. PMT.  If
you plan to arrive after our normal business  hours,  please
contact our office at 1-800-000-1230  on  the  day  or  your
arrival to make arrangements for late check in.
 
Linens, towels, hotel size soap, dishwashing detergent, dish
detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper are  provided.  We
suggest you bring beach towels for the hot tub or if in  the
summer, for the swimming pools.  If your unit has a  sleeper
sofa you need to bring linens and pillows for  it.  Kitchens
are stocked with basic amenities,  however, you may  want to
bring specialty items.

You will be able to see a full year forward (the below is just a small snapshot) and you will be able to review all of your booking dates from any internet site as long as you have the unique address we supply to you;




If you click the property number on the left of the above report, you can process a reservation from any computer with internet access, including your home computer or even a computer on a cruise ship.
 
This enhanced internet reservation system is named IRESLITE. It is intended to offer a low cost alternative to full fledged internet systems which in many cases costs in access of five thousand dollars.  IRESLITE is available to you for $649.00.
