BOOK ALL TYPES OF RESERVATIONS
The BOOK-IT System is working in firms booking thousands of
reservations for Vacation Property Rentals, Hotels, Resorts,
Inns, Charter Boats, Small Travel Agencies, Dude Ranches,
Outfitters and other businesses that require advance guest
reservations.
The BOOK-IT System works on all IBM PC compatible computers and
is very easy to use. The system is multi-user and works on all
popular networks. Graphical Interfaces are provided for all
Windows 95/98/2000/NT/Me/XP users.
MATCH GUEST REQUESTS
The BOOK-IT System allows you to screen all available rental
units to find a match with the guests requested dates. Available
units will be displayed on the screen and your BOOK-IT operator
selects a unit from the list on the screen. Additionally, the
operator can also select certain other parameters, such as the
number of bedrooms, baths, view, etc. and the list on the screen
will be refined to only those units that also meet those
additional parameters. These parameters are user defined. The
system will not book a conflicting reservation unless you ok it.
PRINT CONFIRMATIONS
After selecting a unit from the list and entering a guest
reservation, the program will automatically print out a guest
confirmation. If you wish, you can add your own custom message at
the end of the confirmation. For instance, you could enter your
check-in and check-out rules and perhaps directions on how to get
to your office. If you prefer, confirmations can be sent when you
receive the guest deposit, or, they can be printed in batch mode
at the end of the day.
Confirmations indicate your charges, such as Rental, Cleaning,
Additional Charges, State Tax, City Tax, and Deposit. These
breakdowns can be user defined. Each guest receives a
confirmation number and payment can be applied directly to a
credit card. If you wish, we can set up the BOOK-IT system to use
your own preprinted confirmation forms. Additionally, we can also
provide a link into the Mastercard Visa automatic authorization
process directly through your computer.
PRINT CHECK-IN LISTS
The software will automatically prepare Guest Check-in, Check-
out, In-house and Deposit Lists. The system is complete with over
forty additional reports. These lists can be prepared for any day
in advance. Lists can be prepared on the screen or printed at
your option.
DETAILED RESERVATION BOARD
The BOOK-IT System will prepare a detailed Reservation Board for
the time period of your choice. These reports are conveniently
prepared on 8.5 by 11 inch paper. You can select any starting
date you wish and the report will list each unit managed and it
will mark out the dates booked. The BOOK-IT Reservation Board can
be used to optimize unit occupancy and will provide a picture of
overall bookings in chart format.
GUEST CHECK-OUT INVOICING
The BOOK-IT System will automatically prepare a guest invoice
at check-out or check-in time. Additional charges such as room
service, dining room, golf charges, phone charges or boat rental
can automatically be added to your lodging charges. Additional
charges are itemized after the original reservation charges. You
may have unlimited additional charges.
Clients that are managing units for private owners, such as
vacation condo rentals, can have the billing information
automatically transferred to our Owner Statement System, which
provides for all aspects of property management.
GUEST HISTORY
The BOOK-IT Reservation System will maintain all guests in a
guest history file. The history file will maintain all
information about each guest's reservation. Information can be
taken from the history file by selected dates. Mailing labels
can automatically be prepared for all guests who stayed during a
particular period of time. Old reservations can easily be cloned
into new reservations saving you the process of retyping name and
address information.
INTERNET AVAILABILITY
The BOOK-IT Reservation System also has an internet availability
update feature. Users that have internet connections can press
the red internet update button and in about 10 seconds, their web
page can be updated with availability calendars for each rental
unit. Internet Guests can then click the dates they wish to book
at a reservation request is processed through your system.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
The BOOK-IT Reservation System runs on any computer system
running any version of Windows. The faster the system the better.
An ideal system is a Pentium based computer with Windows 95/98/NT
or XP, a hard disk with 5 to 9 megabytes of space available,a dot
matrix, laser or ink jet printer and Internet access (not
required).
The programs are true multi-user and will work on any of the
popular networks. We can also put you on our our Internet Update
Distribution list and updates will automatically be sent to you
on a timely basis. If you are networking under Windows, it is
simple peer to peer networking, nothing is required other than
an operating network neighborhood.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We maintain an Internet Site that our clients can call in on and
request changes or help. We work closely with our clients to
insure the software provides the greatest productivity gains
possible. We regularly add user ideas and our software grows more
powerful everyday. We can make that PC earn its keep and more! Of
course, if you don't have Internet access available, we provide
complete traditional unlimited voice support.
EASILY EXPANDABLE
As you grow, you can add any of our additional modules. All
designed to increase productivity and automate your office. Our
Owner Statement module will prepare Owner Statements for each
property owner. Our Accounts Payable system will prepare Checks,
provide a Check Register, keep a Cash Disbursements Journal etc.
Our General Ledger system will prepare a detailed Balance Sheet
and Income Statement. Each system interfaces with the other
modules and information is automatically transferred to where it
is needed!
